Good one - I only got involved in a couple of drug smuggling cases and that was only to look into the FAA responsibilities - one in San Angelo and one in Childress.

Not sure - but I think for an airport to be called "International" it has to have a U.S. Customs office there.

I'm pretty sure you are right.

I think 6000' would be enough for Turbs to land his golf cart. I don't know if it equipped for short field landings, so the 6000' would be handy. From the talk on this thread, I am pretty sure it is set up for very short field take offs. Just depends on how long the ramp is.
