Hey phat Phrog Phamily!

It is pouring outside, so looks like I have some time to chat! The house is going great! They are in the process of doing the deck framing, so they can finish the roof. They have several posts up, and looks like the plywood for the all season room.

Not sure if my iPad is picking up the colors in the trees...this is looking out the dining room window.

Looking good! Tell them to concentrate on the roof so at least you can be in the dry somewhat.

I know...the only thing I can think of, is that they need the posts so he can design the roof over the porch. But I sure cant wait to have all the plywood done to protect the floor from rain!

RVC are you going with a metal roof or asphalt shingles?

The sub-floor will handle water for weeks. It only starts to matter when it turns into months. It is of course best to do it asap!

How long does the contractor estimate the build will take?

It is looking awesome for sure!!
