That looks great RVC!!!! Be careful, grouting = sore knees, even with knee pads. Don't ask me how I found out.

Thanks grayfox, turbs, and Wiscampsin! We went ahead and let our contractor and his tile guy do the work, because there is so much if it, and we don't own the necessary tools, like a wet saw, to do it ourselves. I had them cut me out an outlet in the floor in front of the fireplace so I can have two leather chairs and be able to plug in reading lamps, without stretching extension cords across the floors. I also had them place another outlet in the floor where the couch will sit over it, so I can have end tables and lamps. Again, to keep for stretching cords across the room.
There has been three guys laying tile since Monday, and they are going much faster than we could!
I have to leave in an hour...heading to Menards to pick up two toilets I liked!
Yes it is finally looking amazing!

My son is going to do the fireplace. Not sure when he is going to start it. We are going to do the faux bricks all around it.
