Morning from The Ridge to all our Phat Phrog Phriends. Might get to 35 today with brilliant sun light. I think I'll drop a couple of dead trees today for next years firewood.

Phords, you be nice to FT Turbs he's had a rough winter this year what with all the time he has spent playing in the snow... what a life.

Just for Ependydad, we even went across the SC State scales with a total wt of 15,100#. Total is all they could do as the scales wouldn't do individual wts. With 60# in the airbags, the factory overloads were still 1/2" from engaging. Probably have to have a whole new rear end and frame put under the truck.
Overall ave. 9.8 mpg from Davenport, FL with a head wind the last 100+ miles.
Well, spoke too soon, heat pump went off, TOWTA called dealer, they came out within the hour and determined the 100 amp breaker was weak after checking amperage pull on everything. Tech said I could change it. SO, started to go to Lowes this am to get a new one and lo and behold, the old junk 96 Caddy would just barely turn over and not start. Had to put the battery charger on it for 10 minutes and it started just fine. Got new breaker, 15 minutes to install a $40 breaker the dealer wanted $210 for. Saved $170.

BTW, also had to take TOWTA to her favorite place for breakfast, the Waffle House, so that was another $12.

You weren't perhaps using that CB as a switch to turn the heat pump on/off were you?

Just kidding - thought about the past thread regarding CB's versus switches after reading this.

To my knowledge, it's never been turned off in over 16 yrs except when they put the new unit in 5 yrs ago.

Date night with DW last night. Went to Eagles concert in Columbus. They played for over an amazing 3 hours. Got home around 1:30am, asleep around 2:30, up at 7:00 ( slept in). Need to crack the whip, and find a place to sneak off to.
