Just had to take the tonneau cover off and the hitch out so our oldest GD can borrow the truck to start moving furniture, etc into her fiancÚ's house. Jumping the gun a little, but I guess she takes after her Dad in not putting things off.

I was born and raised in Iowa. In the last few years I have been to visit my brother in Arkansas and fell in love with it and the people I have met have all been a joy to be around. Every one seems to have a greater respect in the south.

What part of Arkansas are you moving to? My #3 man child, his bride, and the cutest red-headed grandson (6 years old) you ever saw live in Southwest Arkansas.

I used to hunt a lot, and had a second home, in Delight, Arkansas (ex H was from there and has since moved back). Tiny town, population around 350, and their only claim to fame; home of Glen Campbell.

It's definitely a beautiful state. We plan to do a lot of camping there this year and with the RV it'll be easier to visit my #3 man child, my #2 grand man child, and my beautiful DIL (who I suspect is about to gift us with another grandchild!....nothing official yet...just a lot of smiles and hints)

I worked for Lockheed Martin out of Camden, AR. It is a beautiful state with very diverse geography, mountains, hills, flat land, swamps, rolling hills, etc. Everything but a coast line.

As usual, you're wrong, I left of my own volition, I could live anywhere I wanted as long as it was close to an airport, so we moved to Asheboro, NC and then to Concord, all due to our son in the Air Force retiring. First he was going to Asheboro and then changed his other mind and decided on Concord and ended up in Harrisburg. (15 minutes away)
