It's a staged shot taken at some seedy character's studio in St. Louis.

I would assume so as one of the Marine's in my office races his ATV's there quite regularly. It is located in Winnesboro, SC.

I think I'm bringin out the amf harley tiller steer with canopy. She formally ran on nitrous.
She clutched and geared for speed just don't turn fast!

Sounds like just what I need for the new park that we bought a membership for!! Everyone has a golf cart but the only course is a putt putt...go figure!!
