I was watching some travel/cooking show about 6 months ago...they went to a joint in Kentucky that is the place that "invented" that stuff. They still "proudly" serve it .... but under his breath, the current owner was was pretty happy it was considered an Ohio thing...Didn't really want it associated with Kentucky.
