Wow really quiet on the pond today! What's up with that!

Mowing still in progress! We got us another new to us tractor, and yeah....we can use the brush hog again! Plus this one has breaks, so I can even use it.....one day... Hee!

We got trails cleared so we don't have to ride through the tall grasses. I am thinking a ride on the 4 wheelers is in store for me! We had clouds and a little thunder, but all cleared now!

Hope all the phroggies are having a great holiday weekend!

Looks good RB!

OC and RVC, you want to come cut mine? After being gone for a week it rather tall. As my Ad would say " it's a$&h(@&$ deep to a giraffe"

Made it home safely. We are tired. But, had a great trip. Truck and RV did great, nothing is broken and we are safe. Had someone pass me doing at least 80mph pulling a new flagstaff 5'er. His front roof had come undone and air had forced his way in and ballooned almost half of his roof line!!! DW and I just couldn't believe it. About an hour later I met up with him at the SC welcome center. He was hot, and had just cut the rubber roof material off with a pocket knife. He'd had the trailer for about one year and nothing but problems, had both axles replaced, dinnette table redone, brake problems, then this roof thing. Poor guy, his DW was mad too.

Thanks for all the kind words on my trip. We stayed at 3 different locations and Anastasia Sp was out fav. Here are some pics I couldn't get to post last night:

Still had lots of room behind the trailer.

G'morning, Phrogs.

BD, nice pictures...the rig looks good, and the camping spot looks ideal.

More grass cutting for this Phrog today. I swear, condo living is looking more and more appealing the older I get. Split our time between a condo and an RV? No home repairs and no yard work? Hmmmm...where's the downside?

Been this way on all our awnings since 1976. One would think the awning mfgrs don't have a clue as to this problem or they would change. DUMB DESIGN!

Anyway, awning is drying and I'll stow it before the rains come this afternoon. Time to get out the mower and start mowing the 1.48 acres of weeds and the 20 sq. ft of grass. Oh and break up some rocks with the new blades.
OC how do you think boat vinyl cleaner would work for the awning cleaning you described above? I need to do the same thing. Don't have any Awesome or SuperClean.

Never tried boat vinyl cleaner. I would try it on a small area and see. If it works, post the name. SC @ Walmart, Awesome @ Dollar General $1 bottle.

What I used worked on the surface, but there is still a shadow that seems to be imbedded in the material.

Turbs, Did you make it to the U.P.? I've lurking your post to see if you made it this far. We just spent 6 nites at our family cottage and now we're home for a day to do laundry. Tomorrow we head to Copper Harbor for a couple of days. Was checking if you were still north bound but I guess not.
