Not AZ, AR, where we worked out tails off having DIRT brought in, leveled, rolled, seeded and fertilized after the house was razed and rebuilt after a tree cut it in 3 pcs.

Coot, the hard work sure paid off for Ya. We had to clear our property here on " The Ridge". We had an early winter snow storm when this house was just a cabin and weekend place. An early winter storm produced 40" of heavy wet snow along with high winds that fattened about 2 acres of pine trees. Looked like a pile of pickup sticks.... what mess... no damage to the cabin. It took alot of hard work to get it cleaned up.

We really have a pretty decent lawn considering living on top of mountain. I wish I could show some pics, but this old computer won't allow me to upload.

Tree was trimmed about a month earlier and all branches above the house were cut. Tree actually had limbs hanging completely across the street to the north. Tornado didn't actually touch down, but got to about 50 ft of the ground and twisted the tree around and dropped it on the house and our newly constructed 3 car garage on the south 40+ ft from the trunk of the tree. $10,000 damage to the garage. Insurance co. (MFA Shelter) elected to clean the house off at the slab and rebuild. Contractor came up with attaching the 3 car garage to the other garage and created a new room for the hot tub. Insurance was fantastic, covered renting another house until new house was built (5 months), all new furniture, motel until we moved into rental house and meals. Re-painted both vehicles in the 2 car garage. Couldn't ask for a better insurance.

No, both TOWTA and I were in it and watched the living room/dining room ceiling drop. Not a scratch. It was like slow motion. Had just returned from bedroom when we heard broken glass and discovered a tree limb had gone thru the roof and was resting on the bed. Went out to the breakfast area and saw the dr/lr ceiling drop and immediately smelled gas from the broken gas line in the attic. Needless to say, we went to the 3 car garage, got in the 56 Chev and went to the police station 3 blocks away.
