Our lake is. Being overrun by Hydrilla this summer, and it's getting bad. DH is out there spraying it....hopefully it works. Only nice thing about it is the fish population has exploded because of it! Bad thing is I can't even take the Lily Pad Yacht out cause its so infested! I'll get pics later. Iph anyone has had to deal with it, let me know!

We have 2or 3 of those in there we think, (we had seen their shadows one day), but if that's what they were, they aren't eating a lot. Plus those guys eat everything else too. The lake has sooooo many fish, we don't want to lose them to draining the lake....plus it is a 4+ acre lake. We are using chemicals now, and trying a method using a tarp to block out the sunlight....but that looks like it will take forever to do.

Thanks Turbs.....I was thinking those were our choices too. Shame it is so evasive, cause the fish love it! It is so cool to see sooooo many new fish thriving! I bought a bag of frozen talapia's and we have eaten about 4 filers out of it.....only to find out that an ingredient in them is carbon monoxide!! Realllly??? So....I told Kenny if we want fish for dinner, we need to start eating our own, bass, bluegill, or catfish, and our pond has bluegill and crappie!

Worked great, no problems. Trying a little experiment to keep the grease from slinging out on the wheels after lubing. Wiped the hub with acetone and used alum tape to secure a spray paint can top over the hub. Drilled a small hole in the center of the cap in case of any pressure. Leaving the regular hub caps off until I re-torque the lugs 2 or 3 times on the way to Goshen after having GY Marathons installed. Will re-check tire pressure for 65# the day before we leave and re-install the TST sensors.

Been there, and "shot the minnow." You can order any kind of bar liquor you want. They drop a minnow in and down it goes. Used to (and I don't know if they do it any more) give you a t-shirt if you got and kept it down. Probably now they sell you a t-shirt.

BTW, if you ask them, they'll "officially" tell you the name is because they are half way between Bagnal Dam and Truman Dam on the Lake of the Ozarks. Unofficially, the name speaks for itself.

Kudos to BILL THOMAS CAMPER SALES in Wentzville, MO where we bought both of our Rockwood trailers. They held a customer appreciation party last night. Bar-be-que, beer and soft drinks, a band, drawing for door prizes, ice cream...really did it up right. Because of the heat, they emptied their show room and held it inside in the air conditioning.

Great dealership, great folks to work with, great service department! Anybody in eastern MO looking for a new or used RV, I'd recommend giving them a try.

I love Bill Thomas, and go there a lot to buy things! Unfortunately they won't work on our XLR because they do not sell, therefore don't know how to work on them....so they said! (I have a feeling they don't want to mess with warranty). I wanted to buy our TH from them, but all they didn't have any at the time, and they didn't sell this model.

Turbo, Kenny read it and looks at me and says.....sweet now find where I can get some! Ha! He said that is why the on part of our lame we call the Cattails, is so clear! That's where this three huge ones live, and also per the article, is why they are not eating much further out into the lake. They must be pretty old and not eating as much as a younger one would!

I don't believe they sell any toy haulers at all, now.
