To answer your questions, althoug forbidden by the motherland ..
1) That is top secret and we're not allowed to talk about last week
2) Those are not "garbage cans" but disguisable canisters for top secret operations.
3)Aside from the drainage ditch creek on the backside of the property, there's not enough water to float such a vessel.

IM thinking a 50 or 60 degree angle ramp up to the tracks I can do a backfilp half gainer into the lake !
