OC I am a fan of International Tractors.
In that video that I posted there were 2 other Combines at that test. One was white in color and the other was red in color

Hello all. Been a while since I posted. Took me 3 days to read up!!!
Here is a pic of some of the shrimp a friend and I caught last night. Ended up with about half of a 48 qt cooler. Not bad for just over an hour.

You are absolutely correct. Cast net (7') thrown over bait. Totally legal in SC from around Labor Day until Veterans Day. 48qt cooler is the Dailey limit (head on). I usually go more than I have this year. Been busy camping or tailgating most weekends. You are correct, the taste of fresh shrimp is like none other. As we say down here"Friends don't let friends eat imported shrimp"

I love shrimp myself - been known to eat more than my share while watching football.

You pros probably make your own shrimp sauce, but I like the Heinz brand myself - clings to the shrimp and love the horseradish kick.

I have been tempted to buy some from the roadside vendors you sometimes see along the roads, but never took the chance.

Father

My father lived over in Savannah and had access to the sound at Osabaw. He used to come back in with a boat load of shrimp and crabs, never any limit back then. No matter when I went home they always had enough for me to bring back. Really miss living on the coast, but maybe by next year that too may change as we are now looking for a place to winter beginning Oct. 2014 through the spring of 2015.

Nice catch BD! I know where I'm heading next year! In FL, while deep sea fishing, we'll trade extra beer for shrimp. Our boat captain knows several shrimp boat captains and gets us the hook up. I'm told it's illegal for them to leave the docks with alcohol on board if they were to get stopped going out.

Good thing they don't check my boat for alcohol! I'd be in prison....

lol. I think it only has to do with commercial boats, otherwise we would be hanging out in the "yard" together!
