The sub-floor will handle water for weeks. It only starts to matter when it turns into months. It is of course best to do it asap!

How long does the contractor estimate the build will take?

It is looking awesome for sure!!
Hi Lynk!
It will have a metal roof to match the pole barn.
I can't tell you how relieved I am to hear that the rain we had today will be fine on the sub-floor! I was fretting over it!
We don't have a date per say....this is the country ya know!
Here is a pic of the way we designed the trusses. It begins like a vaulted ceiling, but then it flattens out at the top about 8ft wide. It will make that room look much larger than it really is.

May get energetic today and check brakes, wheel brgs and re-lube today in preparation for trip to FL. Hate the job, but it has to be done and TOWTA refuses to do her share.

It has been raining here since last night! OC, looks like I will drive to FL in March. My SIL will be going there with me. She is a teacher and that is when her break is. Looking forward to seeing you and TOWTA!

It will have to be before 15Mar as that's when we normally head home.

Just sent her $1000, will have to take the whole roll as the contractor will want to get paid and she's coming to pick up the Blacktop Grill also. Blacktop Grill - Bravo Sports 149186 - Gas Grills - Camping World
