Sent enough money for 10 full hook up sites and she blew it on concrete pilings for the porch, windows and decking.

Sounds like someone is listening to Turbs not that that's a bad thing....... 
I'm really more on the gas side of the carts but, if I understand it correctly, you want speed code "4". You can talk to any of your local Club Car dealers and find out what they want to re-program your controller for the speed code.
there are a number of "tweeks" out there for the sparky carts, but I'm just not that famliar with the drive systems.

Essness,I put Underhood (Red) lights on my Turbo sled 3 years ago and rode into a Dealer,they thought the sled was on (FIRE)! Looks GOOD,go Polaris!! I hope Turbo (CAT MAN) isn't LOOKING! Youroo!!

that's funny. I never thought about that. I remember my buddies Buick Grand National when we popped the hood and the turbo was glowing orange  we needed a tow from there
