Just spent a day driving shuttle bus at the snowiest and coldest ski resort in the country. Mt. Bohemia Extreme Ski Resort has 170" of snow this season and a temp of -15 below zero this morning! Now I remember why I'm planning on Gulf Coast next winter.

Yes my friend matt was running out on the lake which is 8+ inches thick with ice but he went towards the shore which normally isnt an issue except where theres a marsh.
He sunk the back half of the sled in the marsh which stunk bad of muck and fish........

I tried but the line was to long from the fords and dodges that had been there for 4 weeks since it got 36 DEGREES.

Momma is feeling better, and all the tadpoles & ducklings are doing good. Getting a bit of a snow shower this morning. May make it a short day and get out of the office. I know there's a little girl that's gonna want her dogsled hooked up.

Have you chosen a place as yet, we are researching ourselves at this time. Looking at Tampa/St.Petersburg area. Just had a close friend do a permanent move down there, they love it so far:

We too got woke up a light dusting of snow....about 2 inches! I am one of those that start wishing for spring as soon as the winter solstice is here!

Moved from Fawn Ridge-Davenport, FL to Thousand Trails-Orlando/Clermont/Kissimmee, FL. Weather is absolutely horrible, sunshine, slight wind from the west and temperature only 88°. TOWTA even had to turn the ac on.
