Sorry Chick, we just got back from 12 hours of snowmobile riding. Got back from vacation on Thursday.
Old man winter does have a way of over staying his welcome.......... fortunately, we can go out and ride the trails to deal with some of the misery.
hope today is better!

you may be right Fox, my middleaged body is a little stiff and sore today, we ran just short of 160 miles yesterday on marginal trails. But it's always kinda cool when you can be tanning on the balcony at your hotel in Ft. Lauderdale on Tuesday and riding a snowmobile 160 miles on Saturday.
I also may be a little spoiled......... back to reality tomorrow though

not to mention, there's a still in Lynchburg, TN that is gonna need me back at work so they can catch up on production

I'm tired of winter too. Seems the older I get the less tolerance I have toward cold and snow. Snow I can do something about, just blow it off the driveway, but can't do much about the -20 degree temps not to mention that darn wind chill thing. Just think, 6 months from now we'll probably be complaining on how hot it is. And you'll be sitting on that sweet porch of yours with Kenny enjoying a cold beverage watching a fantastic summer sunset .

BOOM BOOM BOOM!

Reminds me of the camp we had in Arkansas....right on the edge of hundreds of acres of soybeans.
Ex FIL (GRHS) would, when he got frail and fragile, sit on the bed and harvest 'em out the bedroom window.

There's nothing like hunting while there's snow on the ground. Everything is so insulated you can hear every tiny sound from wildlife. I've been known to just sit in my stand with the gun over in the corner and the only shootin I'd do was with my camera.

Some of the best duck hunting in the world there too!

Well get your rear in gear and come visit us in Florida. It may not be 80° now, but there damn sure hain't no cold white stuff on the ground. Highs for the next few days in the high 50's to mid 60's and then back to the 70's & 80's. Besides that, you have a Blacktop grill to pick up.
