Winter Storm Warning here, 5-8" and with 30-40 mph winds lots of blowing and drifting. Some schools have already announced they're closing early. The only reason they're in session on Presidents Day is to make up a day missed from previous winter weather closings, kinda ironic. I know you snow machine guys love this stuff but personally I've had enough for this winter.

Dern, just had to refill our 1st 30# cyl with propane ($25). Only lasted since Feb2012 when dealer filled them. Will have to convince TOWTA to be a little more conservative. Only lasted 2 winters (approx. 7 mo.) in FL and 6 weeks last Jul, Aug, Sep. with the frig on all but 3 weeks.
This camping is getting too expensive.

Coot, how much did you put in? What's propane going for in Florida now?

Your system is way better than mine, I used 1 full 20 lbs during 2 weeks in Florida over Christmas. We must be keeping it too warm at 68 degrees. It ran all night every night for 2 weeks.

Hey why not - I had to sit here and listen to some people bragging about their temps being higher than what we had here not too long ago.

Only got to 79° today and supposed to be in the mid to upper 80's the rest of the week. Pretty rough to have to endure, but somehow, someway, TOWTA and I will survive.

We have you beat B47. It was 77* here yesterday and I flipped the S&B system from heat to cool for the first time since last fall. It's 74* right now.
Ran the a/c in the Jeep last Friday. Strange to be running the a/c while passing by pampas grass in yards with ice still piled up around the bottom of it, where it was shaded from the sun.
Weezer doesn't do sweat any better than she does shiverin'. Lord knows I miss Florida! 90* there does *not* feel the same as it does here.
I'm doin' penance for *something*, hellifiknow whut, but I mentally kick myself daily for moving back here from there.
When DH and I retire we're gonna be outta here so fast no one will know whether we hit the Texas, Mississippi or Arkansas line leaving.
As Ms. Kay would say; We gone!
