The storm went through from 3am to.... well.... still some flurries! Heavy rain and wind ,and a couple in . of white stuff ! Argh!!!! Would have liked to have seen it.

So tired of all the cold, rain, snow, and the wind! What a messed up spring this has been! Seems only fitting after a messed up winter!

BLARG....Woke up this morning to rain that turned into sleet 
Temps are supposd to drop below freezing tonight so 6 Acutal and I need to go out and cover up the plants 
Tomorrow warmer and Thursday & Friday are Red Pollen days...I can't win 
Chickie, no joy on the eclipse - what with all the durn cloud cover! Oh well, maybe in Oct!

We did see it. Had an absolutely clear night and great view of everything. Shadow started over the moon at 2350 hrs and was completely covering it - and the moon had turned "blood red" - by 0200 hrs. Any coincidence that the "blood moon" occurred on income tax day?

Morning phroggies!
So excited, as today the carpet will be installed in the new house, and we can start setting up some furniture! Kenny put two reading chairs and ottomans together yesterday....did a little cussin of the country of origin that the chairs were made......I'm just sayin.....but they are finally together and look pretty good in front of the new fireplace! Tomorrow the Sleep Number bed arrives, and that's when me n the coffee pot will move in!

Congratulations Chicky & Kenny, been a long winter for you two, but the trials and tribulations are just about over on the build. Now, you will encounter a new batch, but at least you'll have more room to move around. We need some up to date pictures showing the progress. Thurs will be the big celebration.
