Taxes are cheap if your "off lake"
Beaver, McCullough and morton are my favorite fishing lakes and only a couple minutes from property.
Those lakes are the ones in the listing called "private lakes"
The inlaws are on McCullough.

I dont know. All I know is the house is a total wreck. Needs to be leveled and re built.

When I moved here in 1992 I cut down 50 25year old pine trees. Sept 2003 Hurricane Isabel damaged 14 out of 150 pines that I had on 1 1/2 acre. Only one hit the garage. After that I had all of the Trees removed.
