Well moving in day went great! Telephone company moved our internet to the house, cable company has us hooked up, and got the new Sleep Number bed set up! Moved in a few more pieces of furniture, and now ready to wait for dark thirty, to call it a night! DH was so sweet.....he set up the fireplace, and a couple glasses of some excellent Port! A toast to the new home!

Karen, your place looks fantastic! 
I've enjoyed every day you had a new post of your project from the start of the pole building to the fire in the fireplace. We've been up dating our place this past 2 years and we know the work it takes to go out and decide what to put into the project. You at least had your RV to live in while working on your new house. I felt jealous you had the retreat. Some weeks we only had lawn chairs and a TV down stairs and a bed upstairs to sleep.
Nice job on the whole project and it looks like it turned out great. Now time to start enjoying it for a lifetime. I can see you and Kenny next winter sitting by the fireplace, glass of wine, and laughing how nice it is when old man winter is outside blowing up a storm.
