Found an interesting pic while looking for bike pic. This is atop the Beartooth Highway in MT at the end of June!

You would not believe the amount of people that I get that from! I tell them "we polish molds", and I get, "like what's on bread?". Today we finished up molds/parts for land/air/sea, 2014 Honda Civic front bumper, F15 front landing gear struts, and a Minn Kota trolling motor cover.

My wife and I drove this road from Yellowstone (Cody) to Billings, MT. A few years ago in mid September. It was 70 deg. And we were in shorts and tshirts throwing snowballs with a family from Utah.
It was great fun and still plenty of snow left at elevation from the previous winter.

Oh my gosh! The DH and I, and our friends Hold On Dennis family went there 3 years ago in mid June! It was unbelievable! On the side of the mountain was a snow plow with huge snow blower type of attachment. Now I need to find a pic! It was an amazing trip!

Ah ha found one! This is us and Hang On Dennis and his DH goin up Beartooth Pass. There was a snowstorm just around the corner there, around the other side of the mountain! Cars were coming from that direction with 4" of snow on them!! Talk about thrilling when going through that area! We trailered our bikes on that trip.

On that route, you came up the Chief Joseph Highway, which is absolutely beautiful with the red rock cliff formations. These 2 passes (Beartooth & Chief Joe) have been named in the top 5 scenic highways in America, and are back to back.

You made my day. There is somewhere else that will have snow after the U.P. of Michigan melts away. I'm still driving bus this weekend at Mt. Bohemia ski hill near Copper Harbor, Mi. 260 inches of snow since mid January.

Chicky, did you stop in Red Lodge? It's a great little "hippy" town. Some fine restaurants, a brewery, and cool little shops. I have a hiking trip planned from Cooke City to Red Lodge, 47 miles through the Beartooth valley. Want to do in August, any takers?

I'm packing up as we speak. Heading out, but heading south. Drop parts off, and pick up daughter's car. Can you imagine?!?!
