The Clear part is what I think fell into the Fresh Water Tank. I almost have done the same thing to happen to me.

Hey PHrog Phriends,
Been down for the count with sickness the last couple days. I think I picked up the flu somewhere. Spent all day Sat and Sun on the couch and skipped out of work today. I'm finally feeling a bit better. DW said to me yesterday "you haven't checked your forum, people are going to think you're mad at them". I told her, "No, their Phriends, they understand. Hope all of you have been well!

I hate it too. As much as I hate to admit it, I don't get sick very often, but when I do, I'm worse than a 3 year old!!

One of these gadgets? E-Z FILL HOSE
The clear hose part blew off and blew into the tank when I turned on the water to fill up my tank. I've had that gadget for nine years, and having it "float around" in the water tank of my NEW (had for six months) RV, well, I'm not liking that idea.

DXSMac, I had one of them things down my tank. The first owner dropped one down into the tank and left it there. Filling my fresh water tank was always slow when I bought it. One day I filled it up to the top as I pulled into the CG. I forgot to replace the cap on the tank and drove it to the campsite. As I turned a corner, water came gushing out and TaDa......out it came too.  So maybe it's stuck in the filler.

I think this is what he is talking about, mine blew off tonight while I was sanitizing my tank, luckily there is a bend in my fill tube and it didn't go any further

You know, chances are, that unless the line to the tank is completely straight, which I doubt very much, it is stuck in the line somewhere. Maybe you could fish it out with a piece of wire with a rounded hook on the end.
