Turbs, you can't count the new truck load. There's a rumor Phloating around it belongs to your neighbor.

How much wood are you burning a year? Sounds like you burn more than I do.
I burned about 6-7 cords this year and ran out. I supplement my oil heat in the house and heat my shop ( man cave)I have to say I do enjoy burning wood as well as the work it takes to get it in. Just can't sit still.

Yep, I use most of my " JUNK" wood for camp fires and kindling wood. The good stuff for the house and shop wood. Hey' how did you make out with water damage? I hope you didn't lose much.

We actually got by pretty well other than time and clean up.
Only things that really got wet was all of our snow boots fell over when the water rose and filled them up.
Un finished basements so that's good.
Few odds and ends here and there.

So will a cord fit in a pick-up?
I realize it's 4' x 8' x 4'
Around here they get $60.00 to $70.00 for a short box load
