Aphter Good Year put tires on the truck and camper, trading in 2 weeks of phood stamps to buy beer for Turbs, there hain't no more money left for a wardrobe change, so I guess we'll just have to pass on the Goshen rally and head on to Moline, IL, etc.
OC..We are supposed to spend a few days in QC area after the rally. Please let us know where you will be staying so D & I can take the appropriate precautions!

With the ban on bibs in effect @ Goshen, we will go directly to the QC area and be gone by the time you get there. Besides that, I know the area and could find you.
Oh...Over on the Rebublic of Illinois side...Good I'll be safe
Nope, Scott County Fairgrounds racetrack. Already got my US Passport for going in to the phoreign country of Iowa. Something has to be wrong having to go north across the Mississippi from Moline to get into Iowa.

280 is the same also east west road.
Runs as much north south as it does east west.
Where is that? IF, they run sprint cars, yes, if they run taxicabs, no. If it has fenders and doors, it is a tow car, real race cars don't have door or fenders.

No snooty racing there.
North of qca about 25 minutes.
Real grass roots racing not 10 million dollar throw the bank roll at um race cars.
These two were all designed and built in my garage in Moline 1973 (Sprint) as was this one in 1968 (Super modified).
Wow those remind me of a neighbor I had when I was a kid he built them, and would lit me watch,as long as I shut up n didn't touch anything. His name was Barney Barnes.he has long ago passed, but as I got older,he was more tolerant of me. Good memory! Thanks OC !
