Brings up a question- do pick ups etc that have manual transmissons and are used as TV's come with the "Tow/Haul" feature like my Ram 3/4 ton does and I assume the other pick ups also have?

What about Exhaust Brake?

The duramax has tow haul mode and downshifts at set shift points.
As well as upshifts are later.

The duramax also has a variable vane turbo that can be manipulated as a sweet engine brake.

The Allison Tranny... has a mind of it's own. It leans based on how you drive

Might be fast, but the sprints are at least 3-4 secs faster per lap. 850+ hp and 1300# and no trannys.
