Both of my parents sure got a lot smarter after I reached 20. I think they went to school during the time from when I was going from 16 to 20.

Miss them both.

You"ve got it Coot. I wish my parents were here for my Grandchildren, they were so smart, but maybe more importantly had so much knowledge and wisdom about life etc. As a Grandparent you just hope and pray you can bring all of that wisdom and knowledge forword to your Grandchildren.

My dad passed away when I was in my twenties....my mom is still with me. She is 84. She is staying with friends until we build here in the country. Can't wait to have her back!

We lost our Mom last July 5th at 91. Kind of mixed feelings this Mothers Day.

My condolences B. My mom passed 4 years ago in her late 60's.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Phrog moms! May your day be filled with family fulfilling all your needs like you do the rest of the year for them!

I've started to respond a couple of times....not good at this kind of thing.
I am fortunate, both parents are still with us,and my dw's mom,we all live within 10 mi. of each other.rarely a wk.without speaking to each.all are beyond 75.and still working.
I would ask for the powers that be to give strength to all who have lost loved ones, and the wisdom to enjoy those still with us.

Consider ourselves very fortunate, still have both my parents and both in laws. They are all in their 80's and generally healthy.
Happy Mothers day to all!

Bob (F.R.O.G.) and I lost our Mom on Memorial Day weekend last year, at age 93. Our Dad's been gone for nearly 30 years.
