Beautiful rig Turbs!

DH and I just got home from St. Charles. BIL had several Pear trees hit from the storm last night. One subdivision away, homes were leveled. His subdivision had the high winds and everyone's front yards were lined with limbs and branches and trees that had to be cut down and piled up for pick up. What a mess but it was awesome to see all the neighbors helping each other!

God Bless all who were affected by that storm! It has cooled down a lot, and the sun is out!

Hi, Phrogs.

Just got back from 5 days of camping at Mark Twain Lake near Perry, MO. Rain, rain, more rain, some pretty bad storms, but nothing like St. Charles and other areas around STL or, God bless 'em, the folks in Oklahoma got.

Mississippi River at Hannibal is flooded, and all of the tributaries are overflowing. Coming home today, the Cuiver River at Troy, MO is about to flood Highway 61. Farm field all have water standing in them. If they got their crops in, or if the didn't get their crops in, either way, the farmers are pretty much sc###ed.

New truck handled the Windjammer better than I imagined. Love it.

RVC, we lost a Bradford Pear about a month ago in a windstorm. They're beautiful trees, but awfully fragile.

Phrank, beautiful pics from the ferry. Where is that?

That is the Jamestown Ferry. It travels from Scotland Waff, Surry County Va. to Jamestown Va. Jamestown-Scotland Ferry

A song has even been wrote and sung about it.

Mike,I see the (2500HD) label on your new truck, cant you tow a (34.6ft front kit V-nose) with a Honda Pilot with air shocks, nitro filled tires, super programmer/with chip, and a Henpeck Hitch? Bradford Pear trees are like trailer courts,Hi winds always find them. Can you still use your (Eye Ball) on the New truck? Youroo!!

Thanks Sy. The girls figured out that the closet was too short to really hang anything without it bunching at the bottom. So to make it more usable they wanted shelves to stack and separate. Anything they must hang, they put in master closet. Now just have to do the other side.

Mornin pondies! DH let me sleep in this morning! Birds are singing, weather is very cool today. High only in the mid 60's. Capt Mike are you going to Goshen this year?

Timmy you sure got a lot done! I went to Target the other day to buy a TV for the man cave. They just took down several displays, an I picked up a 24" for $80.00! What a deal! It cost me more for the full motion wall mount than the TV!!
