Dinner was terriphic! I had a pork roast in the crock pot with a can oph root beer.....set on low phor 7-8 hours....shredded and added BBQ sauce....OMG! It was so tender, so easy, and no mess!!

Right on - and just wait and see if what I said about these two guys having their arms around each other the first night at Goshen around the camp fire drinking heavily and howling at the moon together doesn't come true.

I forgot to get coleslaw!! My MIL gave me the recipe.......not sure why root beer but she said a cola would work too. I wondered if it is the acid in soda....made it so tender!!
