Good afternoon Phrogs! Hanging by the pool today watching the Dayton Airshow. Yesterday's show was cancelled due to a fatal crash of a wingwalker and her pilot. This was the second crash in 6 yrs. Hopefully everyone stays safe today.
I saw the crash on TV - looks like he lost control just before it went in - glad no spectators were injured/killed. And to think some people get ticked at the FAA because they impose certain safety standards at air shows, such as keeping spectators a certain distance away from the operating areas.
Don't cut Turbs too much slack - I said the same thing about him being a nice guy and have since come to regret it once in awhile - surprised OC hasn't chimed in here yet on this.
Cut him some slack, heck no, tighten the rope on that Forked Tongue scallywag(nicest thing I could think of)! That reject from the loony bin.
Been out long enough to loose all track oph time!
That's a good thing ! This is our last day in Yellowstone, going fishing, today.
Haph serv phor now. See ya later !
Well, DW and I had plans to boat today with DD and her BF. DW got all the food together, I pulled the boat out, washed her down, cranked her up....all good. Decided to check air pressure in tires, 1st one about 5lbs low, topped her off. Reached for the valve stem on second tire....BOOM valve stem exploded and there went the air! No big deal, I'll run up to the tire place and have another stem put in. NOT! Lug nuts rusted to the hub. Had to cut the hub off the rim. 7 hours later, after going to get a steel wheel cutter for my drill, I finally got them separated and cleaned up the yard. What a wasted day. At least it didn't happen rolling down the road!! Reaching for a beer now!

What a bummer, at least you could do it yourself, but look at the money you saved in repair and gas for the boat. You might want to change the other valve stem just to be safe.
You are still on a teeter tooter B. You may be put in the same corral as ol FT Turbs if you pull another stunt like you did a few days ago. The jury is still out.

I'm tempted to take that as a complement - just trying to help
Was the stem just rotted from the weather or just defective?
If your asking me B, saltwater. It does it to everything. I'm pretty good at washing it down when I'm done, but it still takes a heavy toll on anything metal.

Wouldn't take it as a compliment old boy, I put your $1.00 and the envelope in the trailer to give to you in Goshen to prove that you were wrong in siding with that FT Turbs. I might make it into a ring or a bird you can give your wife.

Wow - it's been said you do some strange things with $1.00 - I see what they are talking about now
It is actually chilly here in mid Missouri! It was sunny and hot this morning, and a good storm came through and now it's kinda cold! At least I can give my air conditioner a rest!
