Was going to, but the piker FT Turbs wouldn't pick up the tab. Had to use TOWTA's credit card (which she didn't know I had). Probably be h--- to pay when she finds out, but it's easier to get forgiveness than permission. Not near as much racket.

We made it to Knoxville, IA and a camp site a block north of the 1/2 mile track. Too bad there's no races this weekend.

Was really surprised at the difference in the ride with this 5er going from Rock Island, IL to Hwy 14 on Interstate 80 36 miles east of Des Moines. When we towed the 08Flagstaff831RLSS tt, it was like a plowed field. It was surprisingly much smoother with the 5er. Couple of places were a little wavy, but overall, it was a very pleasant ride.

I think the combination of the 5er and the shocks made a big difference.

You just bring that little girl to NC and leave her and then come back in a couple of years and see just how spoiled a little girl can get. She is a sweetheart and I'd make her a lot of dollar bling.

After lifting lawn chairs out of the basement umpteen times in the last 3 wks, I am seriously thinking of a pull out platform on garage door track and rollers to store them on. Sure be easier than bending over inside the basement and lifting the heavy rockers in and out.

We're sitting in Knoxville, you have time to get here for a slab. Won't leave until around 10am tomorrow. Let me know when you get to the Newton Hwy 14 exit and I'll put a slab on. Don't come without Ms. Amy tho', we'll put 2 slabs on.
