Morning pond dwellers!! It's a beautiful cold morning at The Farm! Progress is still .....well......in progress! The geothermal guy was here yesterday starting on all the ductwork. Plumber comes next week to begin his part. I am supposed to get busy picking out cabinets too. I have decided on white Shaker style cabinets. Now to find the best deal. Oh and trying to find the best deal on the shower floor. Had no idea how expensive a 48"x48" floor would cost! All the windows and French door screens are in, but the French doors won't be finished until next week. I still have to pick out the hardware for all the doors too. We haven't decided on the outside yet....vinyl, metal....or what. Vinyl is by far the least expensive, and after pricing for 1400sq ft of decking....and the 240sq ft for the all season room.....I need all the savings I can find! Ugghh!!

RVC you may want to check on the door for that 48" shower. It may shock ya too. Sorry, I know, the finish products add up very quickly.
Chin-up , and enjoy!!

That particular shower will have no door....thank goodness. And the hall bathroom will have a shower insert, and it's just a normal size shower.

Did you think about installing heat under the bathroom floor ?? Our bathroom is located in the NW corner of our house. Here on The Ridge all the winter weather comes out of the NW, snow storms, cold fronts, rain and high winds.
Makes it nice on a cold winter morning to step out of the shower out onto the warm bathroom floor. It's relatively inexpensive and easy to install. Wouldn't be without it.

I am actually! Our bath is in the NE corner, and it's either heated floors, or jumping from throw rug to throw rug! Ha!!

He shouldn't. ....
It was way out in his front yard and I used my "ultra quiet" highly modified ms361 stihl with the modified dual port muffler and the big bore kit in it.
I'm sure I didn't run it much over 13, 000 rpms.

Bad day here in Concord, had to drive the Caddy in the rain for the 1st time since it was bought new in 96. We did rinse it and wipe it off and put the cover back on it tho'.
