It's coming our way and got TOWTA nervous as she went out and run the slides in on the 5er. Ask her why and she said it's going to storm tonight. Whatever trips her trigger I guess.

Hey phat Phrogs! Well it has been a mess of storms here in Midwest Missouri, and we still have a couple more to go. Yesterday we were bringing a truck load of boxed things from storage, and was able to duck into a car wash bay, just before the heavens opened up! Then two full minutes of hail that started out the size of frozen peas, then turned into marbles! The sides of the roads were filled with hail that looked like it just snowed!
I hope everyone is safe during this horrible time of year with tornadoes!

So far not a drop of rain. Supposedly we will get some early in the morning. We'll see if the forecasters are right, they sure missed it yesterday.

Weather looks like it will be much calmer the remainder of the week, but temps dropped back into the 50's for the highs. Next week looks to be in the 80's.....go figure!

TOWTA and 6 Actual are kindred spirits OC...same thing here 
We were expecting some serious rains though - got just what the predicted too - @ 3" over 6 hours. Some winds as well but Tuesday dawned with nothing more than leaves, small branches and spanish moss all over the driveway.
Got my workout Yesterday - @ 2 hours to clean up  Then got a call from a a friend who WAS in the Tornados path a tree barely missed their house and was blocking the front door and "could ya'll come over with your chainsaw?"
Sheesh, had NO idea - it was a big freak'n hickory tree @ 18" in diameter! Took me 'n 3 buddies @ 3 hours to cut it up! 
Only good that came of the storm...got this bright idea Monday afternoon and sprayed the 5er with roof & exterior cleaner...that gully-washer of a rainstorm we had Monday night rinsed the rig and cleaned her up right nicely!
