Good even'n and happy Father's Day Phrogs!!!!
Had a celebration of life party for Dad yesterday, hog roast lots of good food,friends,n spirits !! Good turn out well over 150 friends n family. Today a mowing party at the hunting lodge, all mowed n trimmed, dad always said, "it looks real nice when all roads n fire lanes are mowed" today he would have been proud! Funny I did not really know how much he did, until his chores, became my chores,along with my chores. Not a complaint,rather an in my face observation.
Bright side, so many great friends,when you help someone out,you really do not know how much help it really is, until you are on the receiving end. So grateful!!

We had a GREAT Father's day here - 4 Generations, Great Grand Mom & Pop all the way to new parents! BBQ, ice cream, all the good-bad things father's day is (and our DD drove 1/2 the way up to boot!)
One great thing is the Cruisin' Gratiot Car rally in Eastpointe MI - over 12,000 custom cars and classics...6Actual and I think NEXT year we are gonna come up in the 5er, hook up and pull the Bear Cave on Gratiot  ...here are our memories of this year's event...

Hey Bob, Like the Cruisin' Gratiot YouTube. 
I grew up 1/2 block off Gratiot in Roseville and cruised it the late 60's. I'd run a VW up & down Gratiot and hung around Micky D's, Burger King, and Big Boy's. Didn't get my Chev Impala SS till I left Roseville in 69. Darn

Eastpointe use to be East Detroit when I was there. Almost went that way after Goshen last year. Maybe next year I'll follow Sye up that direction after the rally.

We just battened down all the hatches at our campsite too. Straight line winds up to 100 mph and 1-1/2 to 3" hail expected sometime tomorrow late morning early afternoon
