We have a weekend in October in Michigan planned then maybe November. This park is our favorite one . The Amana rally sounds like a fun time. Wish I had time to head that way to visit everyone.

As long as he stays in Iowa, I think he's safe. The local, county and state police as a courtesy to the surrounding states, only allow him to leave their jurisprudence once a year.

Amana will be our last trip for the season! I hear we are in for a winter full of snow this year....so happy our home is built and we aren't living in the RV. As much as I LOVED living in it....there is no place like ..... a home!

No kiddin! Quiet for 2 days then all of the sudden 30 pages to read through......... I guess my take away after reading through all the pages is that all the Chevy/GMC guys need money and are not apposed to extortion to get it. The Ford folks are all puffing their chest and refusing to pay the GM folks while the Ram folks all sit quietly watching and knowing that they fortunately made the right decision

Phat Phrog's Place
The REAL truth behind it all is that everyone would prefer to have the best truck (Ford). But not all can afford the better things in life.
Now all in all this creates jobs for GM & Chrysler. And thats good for the economy
Economics 101 in college I think.
Hopefully I don't start any disagreement. Really just facts for all.

Got it a little mixed up about the best truck being a Found On Road Dead, as 95% of them are still on the road, the other 5% made it home.

Used to work all day on ford's as that was 85% of the fleet at white roofing when I started 13 years ago.
Since then we now have 2 ford's and a barely work on vehicles any more.
We just sold the last ford pickup yesterday!
Replaced it with something genuine!

It's not about being able to afford it. It's about making sound investments with hard earned money. I prefer to get the most out of my income and spend less on repairs

So when are you going to invest in a real truck and get rid of that Goat?
