You can cut the sheet to the size of your grill. It doesn't burn and is washable and reusable! I can even grill fried eggs!

Thanks Karen, I'll look into it. I'll see if that helps my attitude about my 360. I want to like it, but just can't seem to. It is bulky and heavy, and each cooking area just seems to be too small for my needs.
I took it out in the pontoon boat a few times this summer, and used it when we beached on the side of the river. However, I ended up buying a regulator/adapter that let me use 1lb propane bottles with the low pressure sidekick grill that came with my RV, then rigged up u-bolts that let me hang the sidekick from the side of the boat off of the rails. I liked this setup even better as I could store the sidekick in a seat hatch whereas the 360 was too big and had to be used on shore.
I'm a grill junkie, and at last count own 8. They all have their own strengths and weaknesses, but I haven't found that "one" just yet.

OC why don't you convert one of your awning supports so that it will hold up the barn roof?

Do you know what a pound of that cost at Food Lion? Your sitting on a gold mine. The Venison is great, but I'm also fond of Buffalo, moose and elk. Just saying...

I can attest to the greatness of the grill mat. Have made pancakes 2x on the grill.
