Thanks Phordes... Our colors are well on there way here on The Ridge in southwest PA, peak in about 10 Days. We hope to make it to Shenandoah National Park somewhere around the 15th if my new TV ever gets here... lost in transit ??? The colors are supposed to be very brilliant because of the drought... maples and dogwoods are very bright and colorful here on The Ridge as we've had some drought as well. Hope you all enjoy the valley this fall too.

The Keweenaw fall colors were peak this weekend. We made a color tour to Copper Harbor, Mi this weekend and even rode a chair lift up Mt. Bohemia to view the colors. WOW! Next to Lake Superior there is still green for any late comers. Made a bus run a week ago toward Green Bay. South of Crystal Falls then it was still pretty green but north of Crystal Falls to Lanse it was blaze red and was peaked. I'm willing to say the interior of Upper Michigan has peaked but along Lake Superior still has color.

ps. We got pics but they all post side ways.

Yes, then transferred the pics to my laptop. I have tried many time to post pics to the forum only to have them sideways.

When you "take" a picture with a cell phone especially a "smart" phone you must hold the phone "sideways" with the bottom of your phone in your right hand.

Try that once.
Even if it shows that it's sideways in the preview sometimes it will auto turn it once it's posted
