Please help!!!!
Just purchased a 2013 rockwood ultra-lite travel trailer that came with no owners manual. Can anyone tell me how I may obtain one! My fiancé and I are brand new to the lifestyle of our new little house on wheels and were dying over here!

Most of the owners manual are very generic and not specific to the model you bought. You can youtube just about anything you need to know and find the information there. Also any questions you may have on a specific issue, you can ask here and everyone is more than willing to help out. As for the appliances, the owners manuals can be found on their websites. Congrats on your new rig and welcome to the family!

Thanks aqua man! I just received little information when I bought it and I can't seem to figure out if it has an electric hot water heater! I work in the drilling industry and basically live in this thing for about a month at a time and then only have a week off and I'm back in it! I love it, but going through propane like crazy! And am not completely sure what all the control panel buttons are for. I mean I can get the jist I think, but would like to know in detail how to operate

Check inside your hot water heater cover on the outside of your trailer. There will be a small switch that may have a cotter pin through it. If you have a switch, you also have the ability for electric water heating. The switch is usually on the lower left hand of tank and it may be hidden a bit, so look closely.

Owner's Manual
The generic owner's manual can be downloaded from the Forest River manufacture's website.
It is very general, and doesn't include the level of detail you're looking for.
You need to get the make and model of your trailer's componenets and search for instructions on line by individual manufacture.
Good luck.

Since the control panel seems to show you have an activated water heater circuit, I'd guess there is a pretty good chance it was turned on with an empty tank, which usually results in a burned out heating element.
A pic of the water heater would help, or a model number. It could be a relay or a couple of other issues, but the burned element is likely (assuming that it has electric, which I do based on the vintage and other upgrades present in the image of the panel).

The water heater circuit that is activated is for the gas not the electric. The electric switch will be on the outside under the cover as disused earlier. I installed a switch (and light) on the inside of the trailer so I could turn the electric on and off without having to go outside.

Mine says Gas Water Heater, but it is also electric.
Can you get the model number.
Suburban SW4D, SW6D, and SW6DM are gas only. SW6DE and SWDEM are gas and electric.

I see the switch. For electric it needs to be in the "on" position?

Yes, but don't forget to turn it off!! Once you plug into shore power, your electric module will kick in if left on.

yes turn that switch on. That will turn the electric side on. Just remember to turn it off if you empty the tank.
