It's really my fault all the way from Maryland- I put a new backyard in (sod) and it's rained enough to turn it into a swamp and has killed 1/2 of the grass.

Thats correct. I know that many of you are tired of all the rain you been getting lately, but here in the North Central Texas (DFW) area, we got a great soaker yesterday and with a current high of 69 degrees, it's raining again with more predicted. Our current temperatures are some of the lowest recorded in July in recent history.

We could sure use some of that up here.
Every time the wind blows from the north east or north west, the town fills up with smoke from the various forest fires burning in the area.

86 here today and humid. I'd rather have your temps. Sounds perfect to me!

Yep - the sound of our lawn sprinklers and A/C not going off and running is music to my ears.

Temps expected to get into the 90's later this week.
