Rally service request form

I found the Rally service request form but when I printed it the right side of the form did not print. Anyone have a solution?

How much of the right side failed to print? 1", 3", half page?
Have you check your default margins for printing from your Adobe program? How about default margins in your printer driver?

The problem I found was in the html code. I changed it to the following and was able to see and print the whole form.
You right click on form and select "inspect" and change to this.....

I don't see "inspect" but that's OK. I don't plan to print mine. I'll just email it.
