Has anyone had any problems with Forest River when it comes to replacing damage or fixing a serious problem?? I am very disappointed in the professionalism of the company. We have had our 2013 wildcat (36') in the shop for almost four weeks. The tech that is working with us, my wife, and I have called several
times and have not had a call returned. Finally had to go with an independent appraiser just to get a work order started. Tech is having problems getting new parts ordered from the company. We like our 5th wheel but are having major concerns about the company standing behind their product.
Our dealings with the factory have been fine,the dealers suck,they know they suck,and dont care.Just sell 'm and run 'em out the door.The factory people have been great and know the dealer service network stinks,but cant admit it or do much about it except pick up the pieces,which they have been really good about,at least with us.
I have dealt directly with the Rockwood/Flagstaff Division of Forest River ordering parts and have excellent results. I have included a link to a Forest River list of contacts. I found it not totally up to date, but it got me to someone who sent me to the right person. Forest River Contact List
I would have to say your dealer sucks the big one. FR has always given service right up at the top of the food chain. Contact the factory directly and talk to them. Dont get beligerant or snotty, simply give them facts and see what happens.
