We have a few more years till retirement and hope to spent some time as snowbirds.

What he said^^^^. We have several RV parks(nicer ones) in our area(Pcola, Florida), and as the temps drop up north, the spaces fill around here. This time of year, they'll be packed out at night, and alot of regulars who will stay a month or so.

What about you OC are you heading south again? I recall you were considering that option...if you do not what the heck are you going to do all winter?
