I read an article yesterday stating that go-pro drones are now banned in Yosemite park. While searching for that article just now I see that other parks are moving to ban those private drones as well.

I expected this to happen. So many of them being used now that "it's disrupting the tranquility of the parks". (a quote from that article)

I read the same article, did the one you read have a picture of a girl sitting on a ledge with a large, unleashed, German Shepard next to her? Unleashed dogs in viewing areas, in National Parks, are also illegal.

Nope.

I don't allow my dog off leash in public areas for *his* safety.

And I report dog owners who do.
