I know it all depends what you are use too. We normally have a January thaw in Ontario, no dice this year. We have set all time lows for a weeks, coldest winter ever. We don't have as much snow as last winter, 4 ft in the yard now. Fortunately the storage lot is high and the snow just blows around the trailer, they plough the roads too.
Here hoping everyone can get out camping, I can hardly wait myself!

Hey B and B , My wife has taught in Stouffville for going on 25 years now and NEVER ! have they shut the school down due to snow ( bus's don't run but school still open) Like you we have close to 3.5 ft ( Ajax) Its fun to read about our southern friends and their snow dealings

Yes wanna65stang we had blowing days here, could not see at all. The lakes are almost frozen so snow will decrease now! We get the dirty east wind off Lake Ontario that usually dumps 6 inches. Yesterday was the first day in 4 weeks I was not in 4 x4 to get to work!

And yet down here in NC we get less than an inch and schools are closed for 4 days. Ridiculous. I don't get it.
