Looks like I am the 1st to post on the photo thread.....do I get a prize for that ?? 
Dave ( Dave & Monica on the forum) brought by a couple of good sized trout he caught in Watoga lake......already cleaned and filleted .......can't beat a deal like that.  The missus didn't have an corn meal in the camper, so she crushed up some "Fire Roasted Tomato & Olive Oil" Triscuits.......great eating !!

How much longer for this go around, I'm going out in a couple of weeks. Doing my Babyback ribs on my homemade Ugly Drum smoker.. Now that's some awesome southern BBQ pics. LOL But no would like to enter it..

My wife adds cheese when she eats them but I have to say- I'm a purist when it comes to the Sechrist dogs- meat, ketchup, mustard, bun. That's it. No chili, no bacon, no cheese, no onions. Heck- I'm even willing to forego the bun for the meaty goodness in my mouth.
