Smile staying warm

For the first time in 64 years, I have been warm and able to feel all my fingers and toes. I have not put a heavy coat. I have not had to shovel snow or scrape ice off the car's windows. Florida, where have you been all my life?

Thanks. I'm fine and all is going fine. Only issue I have with Florida is my crutches sink in the sand a bit when we go to the beach. Not a big deal.

We should all be so fortunate as to have sand our only issue 👍

Glad to hear you are doing well - please keep us updated on your journey ☀️

Alligator Point beach at Panacea, Florida today. Temp 68 degrees. Much warmer than Ohio and all sand, no snow.

Great picture! I want to be there too. All it needs is a campfire....

You need a set of sand pad for your crutches. They will allow you to walk on sand and not sink in.

Richardwise, Walmart sells feet for canes and crutches that are like the Hurrycane thing. I use them myself since moving down to SW Florida last summer. Loving this January weather myself.
