Anyone get ripped off with Targets failure to keep your info secure?

My DW has a Target Red Card,but she didn't use it during that time period. I saw on the news where banks and Target reduced the amount customers could charge on the cards without telling them in advance. I think that was not the right thing to do.

Yeah, I got hit. Not by the Target thing though. Just the wife She went to Target and everywhere else this Christmas.

stay vigilant. I understand there are thousands of identities out there and the criminals may take several weeks to get through them. watch for foreign charges as well.
