I was going to hotrod it. thought if I rodded it ,it would be nicer to dive. but then the plans changed when I couldnt find a lot if '46 gmc trucks. they all seem to be chevy's. I figured with it all being a numbers matching truck I will keep it original. Drives like a mule , but it still turns alot of heads.

That's some good news It's tough sleeping in a GTO (at least after 29...) I know you're going to enjoy the new rig.

Top left is our 1929 Ford Roadster, small block Chevy, next 1932 Chrysler convertible /sedan, 1 of 8 known, which I made into a street rod. The coupe is a 1930 and the motorcycle is one of my Triumphs.

Was your GMC built in Canada or the US?

Best time is 10.55 @ 124mph. Doesn't get out too often since we've got the travel trailer!

Dave have you ever gone to the US Nationals in Indy? Last year was the 1st year for us in a "real trailer" after 4 years in the pop up & tenting back to '90. Looking forward to this year's event.

Here are a couple pics of my other toy. It's a 2009 Corvette z06 that I've owned for 2 1/2 years. It was my dream to own a vette since I was 9 or 10, I was finally able to afford her at 45. It was well worth the wait!

Here's our 57 Chevy 210. Just a straight 6 (Blue Flame 140) engine so we restored it to original. 90,000 original miles.
