The long long trailer must watch DVD

Greetings!
While many of us old timers have seen this movie I'm sure there are plenty of new comers who have not....
The Long Long Trailer is an old movie with Lucy and Desi. They are totally in character but do not use the names Lucy and Ricky. Must have been some sort of conflict with their TV contracts?

Anyway- If you own an RV and have not seen this movie you are missing a classic!! It's available on DVD from NetFlix and also can be bought on Ebay.
We have to pull out our copy and watch it every 2 or 3 years.

Happy Trails!

Great movie. My mom always liked to collect rocks, not stones, from places we visited and used them in the rock garden at home. Drove my dad nuts. One year he brought along the bathroom scale and limited mom to how many pounds she could bring back.

It's funny you started this thread! I just bought a copy of the movie 2 weeks ago off of Ebay. Finally got around to watching it Friday night. It's truly a classic which is even funnier when you own a camper.

Great movie! In January of this year I brought home our 29' TT and the wife spent an incredible amount of time checking out the inside. When I asked what she was doing, she smiled and said "I am looking for a place to put my rocks."

I have movie flashback and lost it.

The long, long trailer

It is a classic that every RV-er should watch! Love the scene where he is backing into the relative's yard, rather backing over everything in the relative's yard! I haven't done that...yet, but have been oh so close!

Great movie. Love the part where Lucy is trying to make dinner while Desi is driving.

I saw that when it was new!!! Yes, I'm old, but it was one of the funniest movies. I actually cried seeing Desi fall in the mud cause I thought he was going to get in trouble. 😊

Actually I saw it with my parents when I was young and it was new also. I remember them laughing so hard about some things that I didn't realize were funny until I also owned a trailer. We break it out occasionally and watch it again...literally just for laughs!
