Looking forward to the high fuel costs next week when I leave for the Sawtooth NF, and then over to Shoshone NF outside Cody.

The damage was not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
It was a great trip, the GD had fun so it was worth it to me.

I'm only going 200 miles round trip next week and I don't want to think of what that will cost. Maybe let my DW drive around while there so she can fill it for the ride back.lol

Anytime I can get up into Idaho/Wyoming camping makes it worthwhile. Love those big trees.

Just finished a round trip from Charlotte, NC to Nashville, TN we averaged 12mpg, hand calculated, through the mountains, I'll take it! Heading to VA beach in 2 weeks, hopefully we can do the same maybe better.

When we can a short trip up 95 to the Cascade/McCall area gets us out of the desert into the trees.
Calm, quiet and a touch cooler during the day.
