Malco asked if Dodge trucks actually say "Dodge" anywhere?
Yes, the big emblem on the tailgate says "DODGE". The tailgate on most trucks is where they put the name.
So much for that discussion.

Back in the 80's when Dodge was partnered with Mitsubishi, they had a "D50" small pickup that was in all aspects a Mitsubishi Mighty max pickup, with a "Dodge" logo on the tailgate, and a different grille. Other than that and a few other very subtle changes, they WERE a Mitsubishi truck, built in Japland. Chevy did the same thing with the "LUV" truck, and the Isuzu. Randy

I wasn't aware that they still said Dodge on the dash, the last time I was at the dealer any that I looked at did not say Dodge on the outside, they said Ram on the doors and the rams head on the tailgate and grill were just that, with no Dodge written on them anymore. Thanks for letting me know about the interior.

Mine is a Dodge Dakota. I refer to it as a Dakota being as it's not a full sized Dodge.

my '06 2500 doesn't have a "Dodge" badge anywhere on the exterior. Of course this could be due to the previouse owner removing all the exterior emblems.
